Jewels in the Mix: In the last several months I have been on a web site that really inspired the fire to write... here are some of the jewels in the mix:

A Basket Full of Sea Shells: In my mind's eye, I see a young woman walking the shore looking for hidden gems and more. As the rush of the waves washes over her toes, she sees a tug boat pulling a shipping liner, and the movement of the surf, grow. Walking further down the beach, she sees a train engine come whizzing by, pulling the weight of several train-cars, and not asking why. On the horizon, there is a seaplane about to land. Sailboats glide on the water, and a beach full of sand. And for a moment, the beauty of a sea and a fiery sunset set her free.

A Grain of Sand: A mustard seed is all it takes to have the faith that won't forsake dreams and wishes kept hidden within. Stimulating a love that begins and ends in a garden of precious seed that overtakes the strongest of weeds. A mustard seed that is barely visible to the naked eye turns on a dime and breaks the ties. Leaving, a path that lights the way, to a heart filled with hope that unswayed. And, a chance to journey like never before, through this magical hidden door. A mustard seed that stays out of sight until one needs to use it as one's birthright. Small in size but filled with power, this little tool has a purpose and a deeper meaning that many do not understand.

A Heartbeat Away: I want to hear the waves crash on the shore? Listen and allow my spirit to soar. I want to hear the rise of the new moon? Listen, in the only place where I will see, all things become clear and true happiness is free.

A Song of Love: I am not the accumulation of life events. I am the spirit of a hummingbird and the heart of a butterfly. I am sleek like a snow leopard and breathtaking as the bluest sky. I am not the pain and heartache that has come too often to the door. I am the river that keeps moving and the mountain trail left to explore. I am not a cracked vessel that has no power to renew, and the spirit of life that runs true. I am the rainbow that appears suddenly. And I am the child's laugh that gives joy abundantly. Be at peace and allow your being to fill with light, and let go of all that makes you feel uptight.

A Spell to Weave: Love engages when there is clarity of form. Hope's embraced when hearts learn to soar. Trust empowers when both are open doors. Faith grows like a river when one explores. Light prevails when we can see, and darkness grows dim when the spirit is set free.to trust and believe; faith, hope, and love still have a spell to weave.

An Empty Pail: I took an empty pail with me today to collect the gems I would see. And in that pail, I put such things as seashells, flowers, hidden keys I walked for miles savoring my treasure before I spotted someone in need. And to my surprise, even this became a venue for gathering precious seeds. Which left me to reflect on the joys I experienced here, using simple tools of understanding to set another free of fear.

Blossoms of Light: The wearing of a seashell has made me stand still and listen in a whole new way. The gift of complete joy and the laughter that flows within has left no room for what might have been. The revealing of a delicate blossom brings clarity and renewal and given me what I need to gather the tools. While the storm of hesitation and confusion brews roundabout, I am left spending the time, knowing it is love that releases strength to endure and tough times.

Butterfly Wings: The delicate wings take her far and near with a determination that holds no fear. Living in the moment bringing joy here and there, her life is spent wandering with time to spare. Unencumbered by a lifestyle that holds her back, she is unaware of anything but the beauty of living and not what she lacks. In-flight and capable of doing her part, this little butterfly has a rare gift of touching my heart.

Clear and without Fear: The rain came down on my garden today, nourishing the seeds planted there. A bunny ran the length of the yard, making me smile though quite unaware. And at that moment I heard the birds sing, I saw a butterfly flit in with delicate wings. Revealinging a beauty that had seemed lost, I was able to stop my thoughts from being storm-tossed. While taking a moment to simply enjoy, I found a clarity that no one can destroy.
